Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at Navlora. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
Any brand-new product can be returned for a full refund (less shipping) within 60 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Return postage is covered by the buyer.

Refunds
Once your item is received, we will conduct an inspection and confirm its arrival. Following inspection, we will promptly update you on the refund process. Once your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method.

You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer.

Modification of Your Order
If you need to modify your order or address, please contact us within 12 hours of the original order time. This ensures that we have time to modify or cancel your order before it is shipped out.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
